Gentle Stretches For Back Pain

Here are some very gentle yoga type stretches for your back. The instructor may seem to take things slowly, but she provides excellent instruction. Overall, fantastic stretches! However always consult your osteopath for an accurate diagnosis of your back pain, and treatment plan, before beginning any stretching/strengthening/mobilisation programme. Everyone’s back pain is different, with varying underlying causes. ┬áTherefore certain exercises may not be suitable for some people.
