Christchurch Osteopath

At Better Health Osteopathy, I treat a wide range of ailments; sports injuries, back and neck pain, acute and chronic pain conditions, issues pre and post-pregnancy, and headaches to name a few. I aim to treat the route cause of your pain, and not just the symptoms.

As an Osteopath, I am required to take a full medical history, diagnose your condition, and outline and help you understand your various options for treatment (including and excluding osteopathy). Treatment plans could include a mixture of osteopathic treatment, rehabilitation exercises, and advice around pain relief. I recognise that additional specialists may be required at times. I have therefore developed an extensive network of specialists (surgeons, sports doctors, podiatrists, nutritionists, counselors, etc) to whom I can make referrals if needed.

I provide ACC-approved treatments and can refer patients directly for X-rays and Ultrasound if needed. No referral is required to see an Osteopath in New Zealand.

I look forward to the possibility of treating you and your family in the future.
